Deliveries will be completed within hours of the order being placed. In some cases, orders can be completed in as little as an hour depending on the current traffic of our service.

We work with local material distributors and lumberyards in your area to provide you with the finest quality materials. All of the materials you order through the app is sourced directly from local businesses.

The driver of your order will contact you and ask if you would like to make a substitution or cancel the order.

We will pick up and return the materials from your job site. You must pay an additional delivery fee for us to remove and return the materials.

All your supplies are insured while in transit to the destination.

We do not charge any additonal markup for the products you purchase through the app. The price is the same as if you bought it straight from your local material distributor.

Deliveries are paid with the credit card you add to your account. All payments are handled through Stripe using their secured payment system.
